Sabrina Fani

Sabrina Fani is an associate and a member of the Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. She focuses her practice on single-plaintiff and class action matters in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. Sabrina has represented public and private companies in litigation involving claims for employment discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, and trade secrets misappropriation. She is also experienced in many phases of litigation, including responding to legal complaints, complex fact discovery, deposition preparation, and law and motion practice. Sabrina maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients seeking first amendment protection in prisoner rights' cases.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Sabrina served as a summer associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Through this role, Sabrina conducted legal research and drafted memoranda regarding employment and business issues, updated a treatise regarding state regulations on virtual currency and blockchain technologies, and drafted complaints, demurrers, subpoenas, joint representation letters, and applications to tax costs.
