Ron draws on his work in private practice and previous work in-house at investment banks to provide advice and insights to financial institutions and funds. His practice covers a broad range of counterparty transactions and their governing documentation. Transactions include derivatives as a hedge or as an investment in diverse types of underlying asset classes, securities lending transactions, repurchase transactions, collateral and margin, prime brokerage and asset custody arrangements. The advisory part of the practice covers market infrastructure regulatory matters such as the international derivatives and margin reforms and securities financing transactions.
