Robert Beste is a partner and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Rob is a detail-oriented trial attorney with experience in Delaware’s trial courts, including the Court of Chancery, the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court, and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Prior to joining the firm, Rob was a partner at a Wilmington-based law firm where he focused on corporate and commercial litigation, and particularly disputes in the Court of Chancery. Through this role, Rob represented corporations, entities, fiduciaries, and stockholders in a wide range of corporate litigation, including fiduciary duty matters, governance disputes, advancement actions, appraisal actions, books and records actions, director election contests, contract disputes, and similar matters, and Rob has extensive experience in disputes involving the value of public and private companies.
