Rebecca has experience representing a wide range of clients, including media companies, entertainers, influencers, producers, directors, and writers involved in all facets of entertainment and media litigation, including film, television, music, and online social media. She has litigated all aspects of intellectual property law and focuses her practice on brand protection and enforcement; domestic and international trademark selection and searches; trademark and patent prosecution and enforcement; and more.
