Rachelle regularly represents clients in patent infringement and revocation proceedings, including urgent interlocutory applications, where she has acted in and advised on patent disputes concerning small molecule therapeutics, biologic medicines, protein therapeutics, biotechnology inventions, genetics, mining equipment, automotive, IT and consumer goods. Rachelle’s expertise in the health life sciences sector is strengthened by her pharmacy degree and previous practice as a pharmacist.
