Rachel Berman

Rachel Berman is an associate in the firm's Commercial Disputes practice group. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes. Her experience includes representing companies in disputes involving claims for trade secret misappropriation, patent infringement, breach of contract, and class action litigation, as well as representing parties in connection with bankruptcy cases and receivership actions. Rachel represents clients in the telecommunications, banking and financial services, real estate, healthcare, consumer products, and entertainment industries.

Rachel also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing transgender individuals and individuals with disabilities.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel was a summer associate in the firm's Los Angeles office. Rachel also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Martin R. Barash at the US Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

While at UCLA School of Law, Rachel served as Managing Editor for the Disability Law Journal. Rachel also served as a board member of the Disability Law Society and the Moot Court Honors Board.
