Rachel Gitomer is an associate and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation practice group. Prior to becoming an associate at the firm, she served as a law clerk and a summer associate for the IP practice area. She previously gained experience as a law clerk at two separate law firms in Texas. During this time, Rachel focused on patent and trademark prosecution, prepared responses to patent office actions, drafted provisional and non-provisional patent applications, prepared patent and trademark office action responses, and more.
