Olivia E. Lunn

Olivia Lunn is an energy disputes associate and is a member of the Energy, Infrastructure, and Resources practice group. Her practice is primarily composed of contentious work relating to maritime, offshore wind energy, oil & gas, and renewable energy project.

  • International Arbitration: Olivia has represented contractors in international arbitrations (both LCIA and ICC rules) concerning energy and construction disputes, including liaising with witnesses & experts, drafting pleadings, case management, and bundling. 
  • Energy Regulation: Olivia has advised clients on the UK energy and environmental regulatory systems and the EU Emissions Trading System.
  • Construction Contracts: Olivia has front-end construction experience, including negotiating and drafting contracts.

Olivia is commencing a part-time LLM in Environmental Law & Policy at UCL in September 2024.

Olivia completed her training contract with the firm, gaining experience in the following practice groups: Planning & Environment, Energy, Infrastructure, and Resources (in both energy-related disputes and non-contentious construction), and Corporate. 

Prior to joining the firm, Olivia worked at a think-tank, where she primarily worked on reports relating to African nations. 

Olivia worked on a pro-bono project for the World Justice Project’s Report on Disinformation in South-East Asia. 

Before joining the firm, Olivia worked as a researcher for an environmental law charity.
