Nathaniel Rowe

Nathaniel is a special counsel in our global corporate practice with a focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets and finance transactions.

He has extensive international experience working in Japan and Singapore advising on a broad range of transformative mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and complex first-of-their-kind project development and finance transactions in the energy and technology sectors.

Nathaniel brings a wealth of professional advisory experience spanning marketing with WPP and IPG, management consulting with PwC and IBM, and law with elite U.S. firms in New York, Singapore and Tokyo.

He is a former Japanese Ministry of Education scholar and has worked for Japanese companies and government institutions in Japan, including a secondment in the New Energy division at the Japan Bank for International Cooperation. With a deep knowledge of Japanese business practice and fluency in Japanese language, he provides culturally empathetic advice to help our Japanese clients achieve their ambitions in energy transition and digital transformation.

He is admitted to practice in New South Wales and New York.
