Natalya Minoff is an associate in the firm's Commercial Disputes practice group. Natalya’s practice encompasses a broad range of complex commercial litigation. She is experienced in many stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, deposition preparation, motion practice, and appellate briefing.
Natalya is also a secondary member of the Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice group. She represents clients in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies in a wide range of complex employment disputes, including claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 151B, and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act. She also assists clients with the drafting of employee handbooks and counsels clients on their employment policies to ensure compliance and minimize litigation exposure.
Natalya maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in a variety of immigration matters.
