Natalie Chow is an associate in the firm. Her area of practice involves capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Natalie has assisted in a number of equity capital markets transactions representing issuers in IPOs on Nasdaq and HKEx and listings of Swiss global depository receipts (GDR) via the China-Switzerland Stock Connect and other general corporate matters. She has also assisted in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and transactional and non-transactional regulatory advice. Natalie has also represented a number of Main Board issuers in their annual retainer matters relating to post-listing compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules. She speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
