Natalia Nino is an associate and focuses her practice on healthcare transactions, compliance, regulatory, and enforcement matters. She advises hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and other providers and healthcare businesses on state licensing and scope of practice, federal and state fraud and abuse laws, and compliance program requirements. Natalia regularly assists clients in the preparation, review, and negotiation of physician, managed care, supply chain, and sales contracts.
Natalia also represents entities in a variety of industries who are subject to government investigations, enforcement, and other regulatory actions. Natalia has experience conducting internal investigations, and defending government investigations and enforcement actions, especially related to actions arising out of the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Stark Law.
