Naomi Philp

Naomi is a partner in the Corporate practice in Sydney focusing on private and public mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets transactions, securities laws and funds management.

Naomi advises clients on:

  • Private business acquisitions, sales and investments;
  • Regulated schemes of arrangement and takeover bids;
  • Equity capital markets transactions such as placements, entitlements issues, share purchase plans and IPOs;
  • Compliance with ASX Listing Rules, securities and trust laws, and corporate governance; and
  • Investment funds.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Naomi worked as a partner in the corporate group at a national law firm in Sydney.

Naomi has completed secondments at Ruralco Holdings (now Nutrien Ag Solutions) (Senior Legal Counsel – M&A), Ausbil Funds Management (General Counsel), BT Financial Group (Legal Counsel) and David Jones (Legal Counsel).
