More Than 90 K&L Gates Lawyers Across Asia-Pacific Recognised in 2026 Best Lawyers, Ones to Watch Editions

Best Lawyers®, a peer-review publication for referrals in the legal profession, has recognised more than 90 K&L Gates lawyers across the Asia-Pacific region in the 2026 editions of its guides, covering Australia, Japan, and Singapore.

Alongside these recognitions, Australian partners Peter McGrath and Simon Moen were recognised with the “Lawyer of the Year” award, McGrath for the Melbourne: Medical Negligence category and Moen for the Perth: Retirement Villages and Senior Living Law category. This accolade is particularly noteworthy, as it is only bestowed on one standout lawyer for each practice area in each jurisdiction. Additionally, nearly 30 of the firm’s lawyers were recognised as Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, a list which recognises lawyers who have typically been in practice for five to nine years.
