Michael’s experience includes drafting claim sets and patent applications in the following technology areas: machine learning, AI, quantum computing, quantum sensing, quantum communications, circuits, semiconductor devices, device fabrication, particle accelerators, machine vision, LIDAR, radiation therapy, dosimetry, surgical devices, medical devices, ultrasound, imaging, satellites, digital apps, optics, and photonics. He has also developed response strategies and office action responses, conducted inventor interviews, and interfaced directly with clients for response and claim strategies.
