Meraj Noor is a partner in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Prior to joining the firm, Meraj served a dual role as of counsel and the international deputy chair for a global law firm in Singapore. He has worked on significant capital market transactions for various clients, as well as advising an extensive list of cross-border mergers and acquisition matters. In addition, Meraj has experience with joint ventures, foreign investment, corporate governance, and dispute resolution. He also has been involved in diversity and inclusion and employee engagement initiatives.
