Prior to joining the firm, Marino served as a transactional summer associate in the firm’s Charlotte office, where he prepared corporate merger and acquisition documents.
Marino gained further transactional experience as an economic development law clerk at a community legal services firm. While working with that firm, he promoted equitable economic inclusivity, assisted nonprofits focusing on asset development in low-income individuals, and researched lobbying statutes and regulations.
