Marina Yousef is an associate and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate, and Health Care and FDA practice groups. Her practice focuses on a variety of complex business transactions, corporate matters, and management services organization (MSO) structuring and contract work. She assists clients ranging from private companies, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and their portfolio companies on middle market mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, early-stage equity financing, corporate restructuring, and general corporate matters across various industries.
Her experience includes advising clients on entity formation and corporate governance matters, preparing governing documents, coordinating due diligence, drafting an array of transaction documents, and negotiating and drafting MSO agreements for various service providers.
