Maria Giulia Lombardi is an associate in the Milan office. She focuses her practice on commercial and corporate matters, advising domestic and international clients on drafting of commercial contracts, extraordinary transactions, litigation, and arbitration. She is also a member of the Labor, Employment and Workplace Safety team. She has gained experience in labor law by assisting multinational companies and Italian industrial groups in labor disputes, disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective dismissals, corporate restructuring, and trade union negotiations.
