Lynn Schweinfurth is a partner in the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds practice group and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She advises U.S. registered investment companies and their investment advisers on a wide range of regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters arising under U.S. federal securities laws, and concentrates her practice on matters relating to the organization, registration, and operation of mutual funds.
Lynn serves as a co-chair of the Washington, D.C. office’s associate development committee and as a projects coordinator for the office’s summer associate program.
