Lucy Deane is a senior associate in the firm's Asset Management and Investment Funds practice area.

Lucy has a wealth of experience in advising prominent global asset managers on the set up of Irish UCITS and QIAIF fund structures, and her practice covers the full spectrum of advisory and regulatory aspects of the Irish funds industry. She has a particular experience in relation to advising private fund managers on the establishment of Irish QIAIF fund structures. Lucy also has strong experience in advising managers on the establishment of ETF funds and has considerable experience in advising on the regulatory approval and requirements of fund service providers.

Prior to joining the firm, Lucy worked as an associate at two international law firms based in Dublin. In these roles, Lucy advised on fund structuring, establishment, and ongoing management of QIAIF and UCITS funds in Ireland and provided general legal and regulatory advice to international investment funds, fund managers, and fund service providers.
