Prior to joining the firm, Louisa focused her practice on energy and infrastructure and corporate transactional services. She did work across the UK and Ireland, assisting with ancillary documents and share purchase agreements, as well as CORE filings.
Louisa also has previous experience in litigation and dispute resolution and investment funds and asset management.
