Lena Sandberg is a partner in the firm’s Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice. Prior to joining the firm, Lena served as a partner at a Brussels law firm. Her experience covers all aspects of competition law, including state aid, abuse of dominant position cartels, and merger filings. Lena has experience in public procurement and trade defense investigations, as well as sectoral regulatory experience in the energy and environmental sectors (including renewables, gas, and electricity production and transmission). In regard to her sectoral experience, Lena as experience with electronic communications sectors, including telecommunications, Internet, and IT.
Lena has held positions in both the private sector (law firms and companies) and in the public sector (the European Commission and the EFTA Surveillance Authority).
