During this program, we will i) review significant EU legislative developments such as the AI Act, the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, and various sustainability legislative initiatives from the past few years; and ii) discuss the results of the European elections and explore what lies ahead from a political and policy perspective.

We will be joined by lawyers from our European Policy and Regulatory, Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation, and Technology and Transaction practices. Giovanni Campi, Senior Policy Director in our K&L Gates‘ Brussels office, will provide you with valuable insights.
