Leah Eubanks is an associate in the firm's Nashville office and a member of the Private Equity practice group. Leah represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic clients, in a wide variety of transactions and growth initiatives, including leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, equity financings, corporate restructurings, and other strategic transactions. She has also represented other private and public companies and founders in connection with their middle-market buyout transactions. She also advises clients on corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
Leah has broad-based transactional experience across of number of different industries, including health care, technology, manufacturing, retail, and consumer products.
