Laurie Lang is of counsel in the firm’s Finance practice. She has more than 20 years of experience in commercial, corporate, and real estate lending, transactions, and workouts. She has represented lenders and borrowers in a broad range of loan transactions, including structuring and documenting secured and unsecured credit facilities, real estate secured loans, development and construction loans, acquisition facilities, private wealth loans, mortgage warehouse facilities, and debtor-in-possession and exit credit facilities. She has represented purchasers and sellers in acquisitions, sales, and development of real estate.
