Lauren E. Elvick

Lauren is a Litigation associate and a member of the firm’s Commercial Disputes practice group. Her practice encompasses a broad range of commercial and labor and employment litigation in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration. Lauren regularly represents clients in the healthcare, banking and financial, and technology industries.

Lauren is experienced in many stages of litigation, including pleadings, complex fact and expert discovery, deposition preparation, law and motion practice, trial preparation, and appellate briefing. She has represented clients in cases involving breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, fraud, negligence, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful death, and class and PAGA actions for wage and hour violations. Lauren also counsels clients navigating California’s complex labor and employment law to ensure compliance and minimize litigation exposure.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren was a summer associate at K&L Gates. Lauren also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William G. Cobb in the US District Court for the District of Nevada and a law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

Lauren graduated magna cum laude from the Pepperdine School of Law. She served as Note and Comment Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review in 2021 and 2022.
