Job Description

We are seeking a junior associate (0-2 years of experience) to join the Labor, Employment and Workplace Safety (LEWS) practice in our dynamic Milan office. The ideal candidate will be a newly admitted lawyer or a junior lawyer with limited experience advising, litigating, and investigating employment and labor issues, and drafting and reviewing employment policies and employment-related documents as well as assisting in industrial and trade union relationships. The ideal candidate will also have some experience or would be interested in working on the employment aspects of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.  Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and in English, are prerequisites. Candidates must be self-starters with the ability to work individually and in teams.

The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
