Kyle Bassman is counsel in the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Kyle represents US and international institutional investors, universities, endowments, pension plans, funds of funds, private foundations, sovereign wealth funds and other investors in connection with their alternative investments. He also represents sponsors in connection with the formation and operation of private investment funds and advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including structuring, operations and governance of funds and management companies, as well as ongoing regulatory and compliance matters.
