Kevin Schoonveld is an associate in the firm's Finance practice. He has experience representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, mezzanine investment funds, and lenders on a broad range of debt financing matters, including corporate and fund financing transactions. Kevin has significant experience with negotiating senior and mezzanine credit facilities, with a focus on leveraged acquisition and fund financing facilities. He has closed financing transactions ranging in size from US$2 million to in excess of US$1 billion across a variety of industries, including, among others, technology, life sciences, manufacturing, professional services, and hospitality.
