Representative experience includes: mergers and acquisitions involving hospitals, physician practices, and ambulatory surgery centers; health information privacy and security issues; health care fraud and abuse issues, ambulatory surgery center regulatory and operational issues; fee-for-service and value-based contracting with Medicare Advantage plans; and Medicare Advantage sales and marketing compliance.
