Kevin has represented a diverse range of domestic and international clients across industries, including technology, banking, energy, aviation, real estate, and consumer products. In his public company practice, Kevin has advised NYSE and NASDAQ-listed companies and their insiders on SEC reporting and compliance.
In addition to his corporate and transactional practice, he has advised clients with respect to corporate governance disputes, with a focus on founder disputes, disputes between stockholders and entity control disputes involving foreign founders or investors.
