Kendall D. Cole

Kendall Cole is an associate in the firm’s Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. Kendall focuses her practice on representing employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour class and PAGA actions, as well single-plaintiff wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Kendall also regularly drafts employer policies, and works closely with her clients to implement compliant policies in practice. 

Prior to joining the firm, Kendall was an associate at a national labor and employment firm where she defended employers in all stages of litigation. 

While in law school, Kendall interned at her school’s Appellate Clinic, where she litigated a case in the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and participated in an oral argument before a panel of Ninth Circuit judges. Kendall also served as an editor for the San Diego International Law Journal and a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Thomas Delaney
