Kelly A. Terribile

Kelly Terribile is a partner and a member of the firm’s Corporate practice. Kelly has extensive experience advising on complex transactions involving Delaware corporations from inception to exit, including corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. 

Having spent her entire legal career in Wilmington, Kelly uses her chapter-and-verse knowledge of Delaware corporate law towards context-specific solutions to complicated Delaware legal issues. 

Prior to joining the firm, Kelly started the Delaware corporate practice of an Am Law 100 and Am Law Global 100 firm after seven years of practice at a Delaware based firm.
