Katherine O’Neal is licensed to practice in California. She is not currently admitted in North Carolina.
Katherine O’Neal is an associate in the Capital Markets practice group. She focuses her practice on public company representation and capital markets equity and fundraising deals. She routinely drafts and reviews special meeting materials for public company clients, including stock splits, as well as advises on periodic reports, stock exchange listing appeals, and corporate governance matters. Katherine also drafts registration statements, ancillary documents and conducts diligence on capital markets deals. She has a strong background in sustainability practice and advises clients on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Katherine was an associate at a Palo Alto-based law firm where she grew her practice in the technology and life sciences industries.
