Karen Yuan is a special counsel in the firm's Real Estate practice. She has experience in a wide range of property matters. She has acted for large property development companies, government entities, investment funds, institutional landlords and private individuals in all aspects of their transaction.
Karen has experience in a broad range of property matters involving property acquisitions and disposals, property development work, commercial, retail and industrial leasing. She also assists corporate clients with commercial and retail leasing needs, including managing the property aspects of renewable energy projects such as wind and solar farms and due diligence on mergers and acquisitions.
