Kali Peeples is an associate and a member of the Corporate/M&A practice. As a summer associate at the firm, she focused on a variety of projects in multiple practice groups, including Emerging Growth and Venture Capital, Technology Transactions, and more. Prior to joining the firm, Kali served as the Vol. 5 editor-in-chief of the Notre Dame Journal on Emerging Technologies. Kali also served as an intercollegiate athletics extern for the Notre Dame athletics department, where she assisted with auditing eligibility and contract revisions, and researched compliance issues.
