K&L Gates Expands Banking and Asset Finance Practice with Dallas Partner Addition

Dallas - The Dallas office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Michael D. Cuda as a partner in the firm’s banking and asset finance practice. He joins K&L Gates from Squire Patton Boggs.
With more than 25 years of energy and banking experience, Cuda counsels clients on domestic and international energy and oil and gas financing transactions, including upstream through downstream operations, wind and solar projects, and related financial derivatives. His practice also involves private equity investment and specialty lending transactions across multiple industries as well as various types of multi-tier, multi-currency, and cross-border syndicated lending transactions in energy, media, and telecommunications, among other industries. Additionally, Cuda advises on structuring credit facilities that involve public and private debt, multiple debt layers, multi-traunched loans, loan work-outs, and debt restructuring, including through bankruptcy proceedings.
