K&L Gates Advises Vanda Shareholders in Its Sale to FPE Capital

Global law firm K&L Gates with its Singapore office K&L Gates Straits Law LLC has advised the shareholders of B2B research and data provider Vanda on its sale to software services investor FPE Capital.

Vanda is a global independent research company that provides tactical macro and strategic investment analysis to institutional investors.  The investment by FPE Capital will be used to evolve Vanda’s data and research offerings and pursue selective acquisitions.

FPE Capital are investors in the second-stage growth of software, data, and software services companies.

The multi-office deal team advising Vanda’s shareholders was led by Asset Management and Investment Funds (AMIF) partner Edward Bennett (Singapore) with the support of partners Jennifer Klass (AMIF, New York) and Philip Morgan (AMIF, London), special counsel Julian Grant (Corporate, London), senior associates Vijesh Parmar (Corporate, London) and Anu Jose (AMIF, Singapore), and associate Melissa Vance (Corporate, London).
