K&L Gates Advises Kashiv Biosciences in Securing US$150 Million in Credit From GoldenTree Asset Management
Global law firm K&L Gates LLP advised biopharmaceutical company Kashiv Biosciences in securing a US$150 million debt facility from GoldenTree Asset Management, which acted as the sole lender. The credit facility will support Kashiv in its ongoing infrastructure expansion, research and development initiatives, and working capital needs.
The cross-office deal team was led by Orange County partner Michael Hedge and Pittsburgh partner Scott Graham. Orange County partner Jason Dreibelbis, Charleston associates Gala Laurent and Virginia Saylor, and Orange County associate Yanet Cordero assisted on the matter.
