K&L Gates Advises First Commerce Bancorp, Inc. on its Announced Acquisition of Peoples Bank of Middle Tennessee

The acquisition, which is subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals and the satisfaction of other closing conditions, is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
