16 December 2024

Global law firm K&L Gates LLP advised Board Americas, Inc., the leading Enterprise Planning Platform, in acquiring Prevedere, Inc., a pioneer in predictive planning. The strategic move positions Board as the only platform to integrate internal performance metrics with external economic intelligence, offering businesses a holistic view of the factors that drive growth and competitive advantage.

The Board Enterprise Planning Platform powers financial and operational planning for more than 2,000 organizations worldwide. The acquisition solidifies Board and Prevedere’s commitment to equipping businesses with the future-focused planning tools they need to achieve sustainable growth and a competitive edge in an ever-changing market landscape.

The K&L Gates team representing Board in this matter was led by Boston partner Stephen Palmer with support from Charlotte associate Neal Van Vynckt and Boston associate Anastassia Korin.

Andrew Koyfman, vice president of strategy at Board, remarked: “Many thanks to the team at K&L Gates for their outstanding work on the Prevedere acquisition. Their deep legal knowledge, responsiveness, and guidance were invaluable in navigating this complex process. We are grateful for the support every step of the way and look forward to working with you again in the future!”

“We were delighted to represent Board Americas, Inc. in this transaction, which is an important extension of its platform,” Palmer said.
