K&L Gates Advises Avenue Capital on the Acquisition of Hubergroup

Global law firm K&L Gates has successfully advised Avenue Capital Group on the acquisition of Hubergroup. Avenue Capital Group and Mavco Investments as co-investor secured the shares as part of a structured bidding process.
