Justin Kleckner is an associate and a member of the Capital Markets practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Justin was an associate at a Fort Lauderdale-based law firm where he focused his practice on advising clients on a broad range of corporate governance and regulatory compliance issues with respect to federal securities laws and Securities and Exchange Commission and stock exchange rules. He prepared and reviewed annual reports, quarterly reports, current reports, proxy statements, and registration statements to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as represented public and private company issuers across various industries in connection with public offerings and private placements.
