Josh Berick is a corporate partner in the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups. Josh advises domestic and international investment funds, family offices, strategic investors, and emerging growth companies on M&A transactions, growth equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, and general corporate and commercial matters, including in the healthcare, life sciences, energy, infrastructure, and technology industries. He has extensive international experience, having led complex cross-border transactions in the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia.
