John Covert is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Technology and Sourcing practice. Prior to joining the firm, John served as associate general counsel at a Charleston retail fuel distribution company where he assisted with the negotiation and drafting of lease agreements for landlords and convenience store tenants, as well as letters of intent and purchase agreements. John has experience with due diligence and working alongside clients during the evolution and expansion of their companies.
