Jianne D. McDonald

Jianne McDonald is an associate in the firm's Health Care and FDA practice group. Jianne focuses her practice on transactional and regulatory matters affecting a wide range of clients in the healthcare industry. Her scope of work includes structuring provider arrangements and policies to comply with various regulatory requirements, including state and federal fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA, and data privacy requirements. She further advises clients on compliance, internal and external government investigations, licensure, and operational matters.

Jianne works closely with health systems in the acquisition of physician practices, including conducting due diligence, crafting definitive transaction agreements, and advising on integration and operational considerations.

Prior to joining the firm, Jianne worked at a full-service law firm as a member of the health law group.
