Prior to joining the firm, Jessica served as a corporate associate for an international law firm. Through this role, she served as outside general counsel to high-growth technology startups from formation to exit, including companies in the fintech, health care and biotechnology sectors. She also represented venture capital funds and emerging companies in early-stage and growth equity financings, SAFE and convertible note financings, secondary sales, debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
