Jasper Noble is an associate and a member of the Public Policy and Law practice with a focus on energy policy and regulatory issues.
Prior to joining the firm and while in law school, Jasper served as a summer associate with K&L Gates. While in law school, he also served as a law clerk in three different US Senate Offices–once on the Senate Finance Committee and twice on the Senate Judiciary Committee. Prior to attending law school, Jasper worked in the global compliance division of an international spirits distribution company and served as a legislative intern for Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer.
