Jared Lund is a United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) registered patent lawyer. He concentrates his practice in patent litigation and patent prosecution.
Jared’s patent litigation experience includes district court cases, both supporting and in defense of patent infringement claims. His experience covers a variety of technologies, including voice over IP functionality in desktop phones, LED displays, wireless charging, interoperability of Push-to-Talk platforms, and various mechanical devices. He has experience in many phases of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, dispositive motion practice, and claim construction practice.
